Lady Gaga Goes Nude For Kickstarter Campaign
Lady Gaga is baring it all, and we mean ALL, in the name of performance art! The ARTPOP singer stars in a video to gain the Kickstarter campaign of the Marina Abramovic Institute, and is seen practicing the Abramovic Method, “a series of work outs designed to heighten people’ knowledge of their real and mental knowledge in the present moment.” This method of course entails holding huge crystals in the fetal place while fully naked.
The video was taken during a 3-day retreat in Upstate New York in promotion of MAI that is to be “the first space focused to practicing the Abramovic Method, which prepares people to both perform and observe long durational work.” So far, the Kickstarter has raised over $200,000, and has a $600,000 goal to meet within the next 17 days.
In the video, Lady Gaga , 27, is seen sitting back to back with the renowned 66-year-old overall performance artist Marina Abramovic as they both practice the “method.”
If Abramovic and Lady Gaga practices look well known, it’s because this isn’t her first brush with stars. She is also featured in Jay-Z’s performance art project Picasso Baby, at the moment airing on HBO.
